God’s Power — Exceeding, Abundantly, Beyond All

Ephesians 320

Paul gives us a wonderful description of God and His power in these verses. These verses are often referred to as the Doxology of the prayer that had been started in Ephesians 3:14.

Four words are used to describe God and His power — exceeding, abundantly, and beyond all. Man limits God and His power.  God can give us everything that we ask and beyond.  He is all powerful.  His power transcends all that we ask or think.   We limit God when we don’t ask boldly, in faith, comprehending that God can do so much more than we could ever imagine, and when we don’t recognize that He has put His power working within us.

Are you limiting God and His power? Take the blinders off and see that God is an all-powerful, all-knowing God.  Come boldly before the throne of God and ask, believing that He can do ANYTHING!

Till next time,
